arcade games problem

Hi I bought some games. but when i switch consoles because old broke down. When I license transfer. Some games were changed from full games at trial. can someone help me?

Hi, you will need to download the games again. Just be sure you're signed into the profile that originally purchased the games.

Hi, are you using the same profile now that you were using when you very first downloaded the games?

yes it's the same profile. i chose the download again and the game and still say trail

Ok so you have had a new console, done the license transfer, deleted the games you're having issues with and download them again using exactly the same profile/account that the games were purchased on.

Could you delete and then download your profile please as described in the following link.

If that doesn't help try the following please

-

On your Xbox 360 console, go to the Settings hub and select System.

Select Storage.

Select your primary storage device, which is usually the hard drive.

Select System Items.

Select Marketplace System Data.

Select Delete.

Restart the console.

If none of these suggestions help I'm starting to think the games were purchased on a different profile/account than the one you're using now.

Could it be that on your old console you had another profile and used that to download these games that now show as trials?
