Arcade games not working

Hi, im having issues with playing a few of my arcade games, theese are

Sonic 1

Golden axe

Streets of rage 2

for sonic 1 and golden axe i have already tried deleting games and clearing the cache and redownloading, recovering my profile and nothing is seeming to work.

as for streets of rage 2 im highly fraustrated because i have purchased this game a whil ago, played it a bit, then stopped. but now that i go back to play it, it says that i have not purchased the game and have to pay 400 microsoft points. i already have achievement points on the game which proves that i have had it before and im annoyed im not gettin the option to play something that i have payed for.

any help would be appreciated, thanks.

1-Is the account you are using the original purchasing account?

2-Have you changed consoles since you originally purchased the content? If so, then you need to do a license migration to associate the content licenses with the new console. How to do that is linked below.

i performed the stystem cache clearing and it has helped with the sonic and golden axe but not with streets of rage 2. ive tryed the second suggestion also which hasnt done anything. it says add the trial version to the queue but not the full game?
