I read the sticky about Annihilation compatability and I think I have found my issue.
I bought my Disc in the US. I recently moved to Canada. I tried to change my personal information on the https://billing.microsoft.com/ site to make sure my region and etc. match up. The problem is that I cannot edit my country. My account address and my physical country do not match up because I cannot edit it.
Account region: US
Physical region: Canada
Internet Service Provider (ISP): Rogers
