When an Xbox 360 console is manufactured, it is configured to work for only a particular region, such as Europe, North America, or Japan. If you use an Xbox LIVE subscription for the correct region, but you use an Xbox 360 console that is configured for a different region, you should try to use a different Xbox 360 console. If you use an Xbox LIVE subscription for a region that you are not in, you should use a subscription for the correct region. For example, you create a subscription in Europe, but you use a U.S. console. In this case, create or use a U.S. subscription.
