Just my two-cents. I know it wasn't helpful, but I have a real issue with a show that has played such a big part in pushing so many amateurs into premature stardom, turning today's music landscape into a virtual wasteland.
"There's a fine line between wrong and visionary...
Unfortunately, you have to be a visionary to see it."
-Dr. Sheldon Cooper
You obviously aren't a visionary.
I wouldn't have a problem with what you say, except for the fact that I can only remember the names of a couple of Idol winners... That, and the toilet the music industry has become. Mediocre talent... Zero originality... No stage presence... The experience
of your average, drunken Saturday night Karaoke performer. Yeah, Idol is great.
