Amazon Lovefilm saying I don't have Gold subscription, but I do

Hi,

I am unable to use the Amazon Lovefilm app on the Xbox One as it is saying I do not have the xbox live Gold subscription, but I do. I've confirmed in my account that I am still being billed for Gold, but it still cannot sign-in to the Lovefilm app with the error that I need gold to do that.

I have tried removing the app and re-installing, but I have the same issue.

Please help me get this resolved.
