PerfectBee. Have you tried clearing the cache? When i've had DLC content corrupt, mainly video content, clearing the system cache and deleting the content then redownloading helps.
To clear the cache go to System Settings>Memory. I am going to assume you are using the primary harddrive for the download so Highlight it. You should see " Y Device Options" at the bottom of the screen. Press it. There is the option to "Clear System Cache".
Do that and try redownloading. It should resolve your issue.
