After most recent live update, Xbox video purchases have disappeared.

( First off, I am logged in under my sons Xbox live account on here. My account (MutilationRites) and his account are linked to the same e-mail, but his account is the only one that shows up when I log-in...)


To anyone who can help...


I got prompted to download the Xbox live update around 12:30 am this morning.

After the update had completed, I noticed that all of my purchases from Xbox Video were gone. Not only that but they were also missing from my purchase history.

What can be done to recover these?


The purchases in question were:


Minoriteam (Entire Series)

The Heart She Holler (Seasons 1 & 2 )

Dragonball Z (Season 1)


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey try this steps:

Go to TV & Movies  > Xbox Video > My Videos > Account Management > then press X to Refresh Purchase History

It should refresh your account with all the movies you've owned.

Just make sure you are signed in on the account you've used to purchase these videos.
