I have the same problem, for last few months, I can add card but when I try to make a payment message appears that my card could not be authorized. I tried 3 different card with no success. All cards were used successfully mutlitple times for payments on
the internet (steam, Amazon, Itunes). I tried calling the bank, checked all tips on the forums and called MS support - no solution. Any help would be appreciated.
