Account suspended because payment won't process
My account is suspended because of non payment. Problem is, it won't let me use any form of payment. It won't let me update it on the dashboard or the online site. Al I get is rerror meassages. I can't remove or even select a payment method. And I know
my card is good.
You can update your payment instruments by visiting
commerce.microsoft.com - From here, you can process balances, transfer balances between payment instruments and switch the payment instrument that a membership is tied to.
