Account hacked?

I have received 2 emails telling me I have bought 2 lots of 500 MSP. But I haven't bought any for a long time. They do not show up in my account, and the emails look genuine. I can't remove my card from my payment options either. What's going on? Is someone hacking into my account and buying small amounts of points to see what happens?
