Account charge that I didn't do

Who do I talk to about discussing an XBOX live charge that isn't mine? I haven't bought XBOX live in a little over 3 months and all of the sudden I get charged for 50 bucks?

Please contact XBOX Support regarding this issue, we unfortunately aren't able to assist you regarding this matter on the forums. You'll have to speak with someone on the phone and have them open an Unauthorized Use ticket and give them some time to investigate the matter.

Do you have a credit card attached to your account? Did you call support to turn off auto renewal? If not then that is why you see the charge for Live time. When you use a credit card you authorize MS to automatically renew your subscription to Live at the end of each subscription term unless you call them and tell them otherwise.

 

If you no longer wish to be charged then you will need to call support for your region and have them turn it off. Please note that if you buy a promotional offer on the Marketplace/Dashboard that will automatically turn it back on again.
