A billing oversight, need advice.

So, when THOR:The Dark World was only 99p on Xbox Video, i rented it and at the time i thought the card i was being charged on would be charged at the time of purchase(Yes, silly me i didn't read that i would be charged 48hrs later) so about an hour ago i receive an email from MS telling me that my card was declined(today i used up all my money on the card) and my account would be suspended for this, now i am a pretty loyal MS guy and i wanna resolve this ASAP but my card won't  be getting money on it anytime soon, so i want to pay with another payment method, but i have no idea how. Can anyone help me? i would contact MS directly but this site is a bit naff at times :/ and i sure as hell am not being suspended because of a 99p oversight -_-
