Hi, I got this errormessage today. First I thought it was something wrong with my payment option but when I tried to change it to new one I got the same message. In my payment history I can find 3 failed attempts to buy the product and the original payment options is disabled. I've checked previous answers but nothing helps me, I don't have a xbox live passcode, I've checked all the billing information and I've tried switching payment options. But so far nothing has helped. How can I add a new payment option (credit card) and what can I do to fix this error so I can add points and buy products?
