Hi, I got this errormessage today. First I thought it was something wrong with my payment option but when I tried to change it to new one I got the same message. In my payment history I can find 3 failed attempts to buy the product and the original payment options is disabled. I've checked previous answers but nothing helps me, I don't have a xbox live passcode, I've checked all the billing information and I've tried switching payment options. But so far nothing has helped. How can I add a new payment option (credit card) and what can I do to fix this error so I can add points and buy products?

If you already have old credit cards on file there you may need to call (800) 4myxbox to clear the old ones, Otherwise on your console you can go to Settings>Account>Manage Payment options>Add credit card,Add paypal or update payment options.
