80169D94

For the past couple of weeks I have tried to add microsoft points to my console and I have also tried to redeem a code for microsoft points each time I would get meet with the error code 80169D94. So I called customer support and they sent me here because they were not allowed to tell me how this happened. So I am wondering 2 things. How did this happen? How can we fix it? I am a happy xbox live customer and I would to be able purchase things again. Also one last can you please keep this thread open as I may have more questions.

That code means your account has been locked from making purchases. You would have to sign into billing.microsoft.com to update your information. Then call support and talk to billing to have them help you get it unlocked.

Phone Xbox Support in your region, it should be free. They are the only ones who can hekp you with this.

I don't work for Microsoft so I wouldn't be able to do anything for you. I understand the issues with calling, but phone support are the only ones who can help with billing issues.
