For the past couple of weeks I have tried to add microsoft points to my console and I have also tried to redeem a code for microsoft points each time I would get meet with the error code 80169D94. So I called customer support and they sent me here because they were not allowed to tell me how this happened. So I am wondering 2 things. How did this happen? How can we fix it? I am a happy xbox live customer and I would to be able purchase things again. Also one last can you please keep this thread open as I may have more questions.
