80169D94 Error code

Hello I am getting this error code when I try to redeem my prepaid 1 month card I have updated my information and this problem keeps occuring can you please help me out with this? thank you

You need to call support for help with this issue. They are the only ones who can help with billing problems. The code usually means your account has been locked from making purchases. Since you've updated your information, you'll need to call support and talk to billing to have them help you unlock the account.
