4,000 Xbox Live points added to my account.

I received a email that i had made a purchase of 4,000 microsoft points at 8:02 pm. That i would also be charged 49.99$ to my card attached to my account. I did not make this purchase nor did i received a charge to the card attached to my account "Yet". i was wondering if this charge was a mistake or not. thank you

You can double check your account at https://billing.microsoft.com to see if it went through. If you notice suspicous activity you will have to call support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation.

i Agree with Smwutches, Check https://billing.microsoft.com that will list all your Transactions weather it was charged or Credited back to your account. if a charge was placed call up Xbox Support @ 1-800-4MY-Xbox and go to account/billing and have them place an unauthorized access investigation. the investigation takes 4-6 weeks and if it was deemed unauthorized the amount will be credited back to your account.
