360 runs slow

I have been playing MW2 and lately (this week) I started noticing that it was running slow and lagging and my connectivity bars went down to just one. I turned off my PC and that seemed to help MOST of the time. I am running wired (not wireless) and everything that is connected is close to all sources and I checked with AT&T today and they said their side is good.

So what do I do? I cannot keep going like this with it sometimes working and sometimes not working.

Also, I am not the most tech savvy person so please keep answers simple.  :)

Thank you

May your connection to the server is way too slow. Or you was just in a bad game , so the host was bad.

For MW2 online you can have a lot of problems with the hacked servers. So try with another game online and see how you connection are. Modern Warfare2 is not like in the begining. So try with another game and say if it was better or not

( sorry for my english :-) )

It depends on your internet down- and uploadrate. If it's too low, you should keep the pc (internet) off.

Hey there BS JUDGETHANE! It could in fact be your speeds, could you please go to http://speedtest.net on a computer on the same network as your console, take the test there, and post the result image back here? Have you also checked to make sure your router firmware is up to date? Once you've done this will you post back with your router/modem, make and model! This information will help us get a better idea of what's going on here. :)

Rest the modem and clear your cache. Please try checking your Internet speed.
