3 Month - £7.50 with 160MS Points Xbox Live Dash Only Offer

I've tried in vain for the last few hours trying to complete the transaction for this deal. Every time the payment screen begins to load I get an error message '80190864'. Will this problem be fixed before the offer expires?

Hey! This actually sounds like a billing/purchasing question. I'm going to move your post to a thread I think may be more helpful. If you want to talk to someone immediately since you're concerned about time you can call phone support. :)

Thanks Miss Henanigans. Can anybody in this forum help? It's not even loading up the billing page, and I've just checked my account and I have nothing outstanding to pay. I've also got got more than one payment option on the account, mine and my partners. Error code 80190864, what does this mean?

That code usually means you have a billing violation on your account. Go to https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it there, you'll have to call support and talk to billing to have them help you sort it out.
