Check your account at http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows the transaction there. Keep in mind that the points would have been converted to currency when you added them.

Checked the above website. It says that I have 2100 points!

How do I convert this into currency?

Why is it that I don't see the points as an option when wanting to purchase something online on PC or XBOX360?

The points system was discontinued back in August. The website has not been updated to work with the new currency system so when you try to make a purchase on the website it will require a credit card or Paypal.

When you attempt to make a purchase on your console it should automatically convert the points to currency for you. You will need to actually start a purchase (you don't have to completely confirm and make the purchase) in order for it to convert the currency.

If that still doesn't work, you may need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or support.xbox.com/contact-us
