its not cause it does it to me aswell .... i cant pay for it error keeps coming up before i can make the payment

Can someone help me please?

I can't buy xbox live gold because there's an error that appears when I put on "CONFIRM THE PURCHASING" it says "There's an error with your account to fix it visit https://account.live.com or change your payment method" it error appears buying from my own console but if I buy gold from other console, it works and I don't know why I can't purchase xbox live gold from my console please help me.

Make a new Hotmail then connect that to your live account then try again worked for me.
