12 Month subscription not worked?

Hi, I just bought a 12 Month gold subscription and it has been credited on my account on the computer but when I login on my xbox it says that I don't have xbox live gold.

There is a delay when you add time on the website vs. on the console. To speed up the process you can either test your connection or recover your gamertag.
