Getting this message when i try and go onto XBOX Live
Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information
in Account Management.
Dont understand as I bought a 12 month prepaid card about 3 weeks ago
On Xbox Live support pages (support.xbox.com/.../sign-in.aspx) it tells me to go to Memberships and update but when I go to this
Cant list memberships. Please try again later

You should contact support to find out what is going on.
If you have not posted that 12month card and xbl tried to bill your card that might be your problem and only support can fix that for you.
