you stopped me from renewing my xbox live

because i paid for one month and i got three, which is hardly my fault.

I'm having a similar problem, I paid for my monthly renewal then the card I used to pay for Live got cancelled/ran out of money but they give me another 2 months worth of Live anyway and when that ended they suspended my account until they get the money... I didn't ask for the extra 2 months, for all they know I could have went away for a few weeks or something and yet I'm being made to pay for them giving me more than they should have, it's unreal...

1-It is a grace period to allow the customer to correct their payment instrument.

 

2-I totally agree. Instead if giving a grace period they should just end the subscription at the time the charge gets rejected. Then people can complain about that instead of this.
