XCL Profile is stuck on loading...

Hello,

Today i have gone to use my ambassador account to finish off my last 4% before i level up which i got it up to last night to find out that my account no longer works, On the top right corner it just says loading however it works fine on my dads account and my account works fine on Xbox.com.Please can you look into this and sort it out as soon as possible as i believe yesterday XCL went in to my account to sort out my XP freeze.

Went on to Xbox Support Chat and got this reference number :1216257390.

Also on the left up you see the Loading text it just stucks there when i login and im not logged in somehow...

Tenure isn't rising up and im not getting a lvl as i have allready enough XP

I had the exact same problem, but i cant even see my profile.Yeah my XP was stuck on 50%

Same problem here. I contacted Xbox Support on Twitter and they're going to look into my account. :/

Hello all! If you are encountering error 80070428 when attempting to update your console or download your LIVE profile, we have some official steps that you can try to resolve this issue:

Clear the cache on your console through Settings -> Console -> Storage

Sign in to support.xbox.com and ensure your account and payment details are up to date

Make sure you've accepted our most recent Terms of Use

Try downloading your profile (or updating the console) again

I believe this problem is linked to the indefinite "Loading..." issue. It seems as though when your Gamertag doesn't laod in the upper right that you can't access the Profile link and it display your profile instantly and you can't access the Ambassabank. I've created a bug for the Loading issue with mention of the other problems to include the Ambassabank.  You are not alone on this issue.

I'm having the same problem. every time I try to log in on xcl it just says loading on my profile.

i think alot are having the same issue but theres been no response from anyone about whats happening so i guess they are working on it and we all will be ok soon

The only response has been tonight on the Xbox Community Level and Ambassadors Update thread (title wasn't updated) where Miss Ermine said:

"Update 9/5: (Hi from Miss Ermine!) Several updates for you today.  The fixes promised on the 3rd rolled out well, and you should now be seeing the results of those:

 

First though, please note that the Tenure/XP not porting over from the old site error is not resolved just yet. Soall of the updates I give you today will be for issues besides that one, which we're hoping to have handled shortly.

 

Tenure: Should now be displaying and accruing properly for ~95% of users. We are aware of what is causing that last 5% of you to stay in an untenured state, and are working on getting you part of the 100%, so no worries there.

 

XP: Most of the assorted XP Bugs we have are sqaushed, so you should see them rolling in.  There are still a couple little pockets of not-populating XP, but like the Tenure we decided to go ahead and publish the fixes for as much as we can.  If you're still missing a bit of XP, no worries.  We've got all the data back here, and we'll keep working at it until absolutely everything is showing up on your end!"
