We had a single account. Then signed up for a family plan. Now we are trying to add my youngest to the XBox live. He can't remember the email address or password used to set up his gamertag stuff and nobody remembers helping him with it. We deleted his original profile and tried adding another. When we try to enter an email address and password for Windows live... Windows live will not accept our information. Says there is an error. Further complicating things is... my older son set up an email account on his own for Xbox live account THEN did not use that account so Yahoo expired it - SO... we cannot get anything reset because the emails are going to a non-existent account! WHAT A MESS!!! I have tried contacting XBox but they are either not understanding our problem OR??? I did request for the email account to be reset, but that has not helped either.
