Xbox.com won't let me accept the new terms of use

Everytime i click accept on the new terms and conditions it logs me out of the website and then i log in, click accept and the same thing happens. I have a gold account and have had it for 5 years. When i set up my account i had the family settings on it and my parent had an email on it that doesn't exist anymore. So it's not letting me accept the new terms of use because it keeps saying the e-mail doesnt exist. Please help me.

Since the original e-mail account doesn't exist anymore, I suggest that you contact Xbox Phone Support. They will be able to look into the account and get everything sorted.

i did call xbox support and the guy who i was talking to did nothing for me, all he did was put my 'case' in a big pile and said it could take up to 2 weeks to be solved

The Xbox Team is still working on fixing the TaC and ToU issues.

every time i log in and try to accept terms and conditions the system always has a glitch when would this be fixed by?
