Xbox working slowly.

Xbox started working slowly after getting FASTER internet connection before it was 2 download /? upload and now its around 13 download and 0,70 upload.

By working slowly i mean: logging in to xbox takes almost one minute, friend list loads slowly ect.

I have tried clearing cache but it didn't help.

Online gameplay isn't lagging and its working fine.

Im not sure what exactly could be causing the slow down for you, but I would recommend contacting your ISP and see if there is an issue with your services or your router/modem or try changing the ethernet cable going to your xbox itself.

ADSL-router is a probable cause of your problem. Bewan A2100N has a very dysfunctional firewall, which blocks outgoing trafic and has major problems with network upnp-commands. Contact your ISP for replacement unit, older version (Bewan iBox v1.0) should work fine with Xbox Live.
