Hi

Is it possible to try your Xbox at a friends house on their router? Sounds like its faulty to me (your Xbox) if you have tried different cables/different ports on the Superhub

Have you tried Power-cycling the virgin media Super hub?

What this does is its basically restarting all the networks that is connected to it to do this you turn it off and unplug everything that is connected to it e.g. Ethernet, power supply etc then you wait for 30-40 seconds Warning if you don't count exactly that time limit it will not work, and then plug everything back in if this doesn't work its probably your Xbox console.

Hey there ouroborous! Did i get that right?

Is it possible for other devices (two or more at the same time) in your household to connect to your default gateway (Virgin Media SuperHub)?

Are you using a straight-Through Ethernet cable. UTP with RJ-45 connector, Cat 5 or 6.

If its possible, try with a different Ethernet cable, if the one you use is faulty.
