Xbox won't connect online

No matter what NAT setting I have, no matter what router I try, no matter what house I try it in - my Xbox one refuses to play multiplayer online. ANY game I play either doesn't connect to the multiplayer or i'm just put into a lobby on my own. Microsoft have been useless in assisting me, and i've now reset my console and profile and I can't even download my saves from the cloud now.

Whenever I click on the test connection there are no problems, and whenever I click on test multiplayer there are no problems.

It used to work fine online.

I'm on fibreoptic so speed isn't a problem and my Xbox 360 works fine online. Is it a fault with the console?

It sounds like you are having a complicated set of issues.  It appears that cloud data is online at this time.  You can check status of services at support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

As for your overall issue, if you give the data @Bimnog asked for we will assist in giving you the best possible trouble shooting options.
