According to the sticky note on Tenure:
"We've received confirmation from our team of engineers that this issue has been resolved for that subset of tenured users (users around from the beginning of Xbox LIVE!). So yay! If you are still seeing incorrect tenure you'll need to clear your system cache in order to correct it! Thanks for hanging with us while we worked through this issue to get it resolved for you! We'll be around the forums if you have any further questions. :)"
I'm still seeing my long time from the beginning of XBOX LIVE account which was never Silver which never missed a month of payment and slipped into silver account of 10 years reading 7 years instead.
So Far, I've tried to delete my profile (Profile Only) wait 45min, re-download profile. That didn't work when the problem was reported the 1st time and we where told this was the fix. Then this morning, alerted that it has been fixed for Long Time accounts by clearing your system cache, Did that as well.
So I can confirm back to the engineers that they still have work to do and it hasn't been resolved.
Any other Long Timers seeing the same thing?
