XBOX TENURE still not fixed for long time, day 1 (10year) XBOX Live account...

According to the sticky note on Tenure:

"We've received confirmation from our team of engineers that this issue has been resolved for that subset of tenured users (users around from the beginning of Xbox LIVE!). So yay! If you are still seeing incorrect tenure you'll need to clear your system cache in order to correct it! Thanks for hanging with us while we worked through this issue to get it resolved for you! We'll be around the forums if you have any further questions. :)"

 

I'm still seeing my long time from the beginning of XBOX LIVE account which was never Silver which never missed a month of payment and slipped into silver account of 10 years reading 7 years instead. 

So Far, I've tried to delete my profile (Profile Only) wait 45min, re-download profile.  That didn't work when the problem was reported the 1st time and we where told this was the fix.  Then this morning, alerted that it has been fixed for Long Time accounts by clearing your system cache,  Did that as well. 

 

So I can confirm back to the engineers that they still have work to do and it hasn't been resolved. 

 

Any other Long Timers seeing the same thing?

You did read this part of the sticky yes?

I know that some of you might be frustrated that you thought you'd accrued more tenure than you have but previously your Xbox LIVE Silver time was not being accurately seen by the system.  This was fixed as part of the bigger tenure issue, plus we know that tenure is important to you and that's why we want to make sure it's right!"

Your 3 years is a lot newer then my 10 years.

If it was from 3 to 2 I'm okay with it but to 1 and i've been gold all the years!!! it's totally sad they need to fix all the gamers tenure

Like here Vanille09 - I'm fully capable of reading the forums, fully aware that it's still an issue for other's, I don't need to be alerted in this thread that someone feels for me bro know what I mean.

Your 3 going to 1 year is a lot different then those accounts that have 10 years of service being knocked down to 7 or even lower.

Granted it's an issue for all of us, but  HAA you don't come near the "Feel".

Hi Miss Ermine,

Yes this is the account - I have followed the Sticky Post a number of times.

I have tried all steps posted (deleted just my profile, powered off xbox for more then 30 min, re-downloaded account, issue was still there, tried to clear cache, still the same, tried deleting the account, clearing cache, waiting overnight, re-download account and still the account is showing 7 years and not the 10 that it should be.

Many years using an xbox I'm sure I have followed the instructions as given.  Any ideas what else can be done?

tenure is your continued xbox live gold time. ihave had my account for several years and my tenure shows less than a year because i went silver for a few days before renewing my gold sub. if you have had a xbl account for 3 years but went silver for a day after 2 years then went back to gold your tenure will show as 1 year or less.

my tenure went from 5 to 4 in october 2016 had support and escalated it they cant figure why my tenure now been stuck at 4 for almost 2 years this happened before when i was 2 and went to 3 they fixed it i understand how you calculate
it this happened when i called in to have old email removed they said
there was duplicate account so she erased one and instantly my tenure
went 5 to 4 in october 2016 waited since still stuck reopened case and
they sent me to post here i should be 5 going onto 6 years tenure in october 2017 so now its been enough long enough you guys need to correct it no reason for this not to be fixed year in a half later after it was ok when you guys update the tenure calculations this is
ridiculous and im about to leave you guys all together if this doesnt
get corrected i will cancel everything shutdown my account and moved to
another company i spent alot of money and time with you guys and all i
get is passing the buck to others and forums hoping i give up but when i
do i will be a customer somewhere else and start fresh and sell
everything my last step before i cancel and leave is this forum and then
a complaint i sent to corporate head quarters the complaint was last
year but i will put another in and then cancel all if this doesnt get
resolved this is just such a cop-out from xbox when they dont correct something they dont care and no department to handle
