I have been dealing with the same issue since I got the xbox a year and a half ago. I have been on the phone and the online support sometimes for an entire day, most of which is waiting on hold or calling back because they have disconnected the call. The problem is that the system keeps needing to be reformatted. Now it wont even reformat at all. After all of this, I was never informed that the hard drive had a problem and should be fixed or replaced. When someone finally says this to me, it is too late, the warranty has expired. THis is crap. Now I have to pay almost as much as a new system costs to get it fixed. NO WAY. they wont even let me speak to a supervisor. Not to mention I cant even understand half of what they say.
