Xbox study.

Dear Xbox Crew,

I know, if you want to become a Xbox Partner you'll get a internal training.

But are there also books for it, so I can study for myself?

Yes, you're correct, but what I exactly mean is to helping people with their problems.

So book with errors, required things like: ''How to remove your hard drive'','' how to transer your profile to A UFD'', ''how to remove updates'', what to do when the disc is unreadeble'' etc.

All that kind of things, and then, if it exist, an official book which are also required for Xbox Partners exams.

Well, I can tell you that you'll need to study Xbox Support articles very closely (check the most common issues and learn the steps to resolve them, or search your own and see the steps), you'll need to study the billing section: http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com thoroughly and understand the various situations "Refunds, Chargebacks, Write-off's, Transferring Balances, etc".  Those are the 2 things I can suggest, they'll offer a ton of support.  There's not really much in terms of pre-trainings or books to get you started, you simply take a training course once you get the position that will explain all of it more in depth.   My apologies if this isn't as much information as you needed, but all of it is explained more in depth once you become a part of the staff:  http://careers.microsoft.com

Not sure there are any books for Tech Support, though there are trainings available if/when you get the position.  By technical support, I'm assuming you mean Customer Support through phones/chat, am I correct?

Well, this helped me alot.

I want to thank you for your fast answers you've gave me.

Now I've got one more questions.

May I become a XBL Ambassasor?

I've read the statement and C.O.C. and know it.
