Hello there!

Okay, sometimes when the console is downloading certain content etc it can cause the noise of the fan to be slightly louder. I also recommend you have a little look at the Care for your console page for tips and guidance on how to keep the console in good shape.

Hope this helps!

Make sure it is in a well ventilated area, and not near any heat source.

Have you tried using a compressed air can? The fan spinning louder, could be because of dust build up inside the console.. Give a couple of blasts around the various air vents, DVD drive, and the power supply brick, and see if anything changes.

Hope this helps :)
