Xbox sign in solution

During the xbox set up,can i set up the xbox one without signing in.Im in a country where internet access is a issue.How can i skip that part if i'm setting up without internet.Thanks in advance.

If i am able to use the internet to sign in to complete the set up and during regular use there is no internet,will that affect my game play or sign on?

The very first time you set up your console you need to be connected to download an update.

After this you never need to connect again.
