Xbox Series X order PENDING

I had bought the Xbox Series X on midnight launch and was charged immediately and order says pending, I was wondering if this is normal or not since it says I would be charged when it ships

I have the same message. Checked with my bank, and the charge was on hold for potential "fraud." On the phone with Microsoft support now to see if this means the order was canceled altogether.

So, apparently even though the order is "pending," the dude on the support line assured me the order went through. He said if I don't receive the console tomorrow, I will see it delivered on Friday or Saturday.

I hope that is true. This is all my daughter has asked for for Christmas. I stayed up until after midnight Tuesday night trying to get one. I am still looking to see if I can find one in stock somewhere just in case. Worst case other than not getting one is ending up with 2 but I am sure that would not be a problem to fix if I ended up with 2.

I just did the same, only difference is he said that the 12/23 date is accurate so I don't know what to expect exactly here. Possibly a surprise ship but most likely a right on time Christmas delivery.

I was able to get a Series S at Gamestop as a backup plan, which I planned to sell but maybe I'll hold onto it a while.

I am still on the look out so I can have a back up hopefully. I think my daughter would be happy with either one. Hopefully there will be an update to our orders.

You should bd good brosky. Ny order history says it waa succesdul but it says pending. But my account was charged for it. I think it just takes time for it. I wouldnt stress about it. You will get it.

I'm glad you said something about this. Cause I came across the same thing when I was checking out my bank accounts and happened to see my credit card charged. Clearly it states on the e-mail that you won't get charged unless the product was ready to be shipped out. Even know on my order history. Like you stated. It's still pending. Hoping that's not the case and we're lucky to get our systems early. Fingers crossed.
