Xbox says I don't have gold but I do.

I have a month of Xbox gold, however when I try to log in to Xbox it says I don't have gold. I spoke with support and they always fix the issue however a couple hours later the problem comes back.

Unfortunately for such an issue you will have to call them back. It is not an issue we can help you with here on the forums since you have mentioned they had to deal with your account before. They have access to your account information. Be sure to give them a call as soon as possible though.
