Hello

I sold my old console, before that I moved my profile to a usb memory stick. Console didnt show my profile anymore but I didnt format my hard drive.

My question is: does the new owner have access to my profile or not?

Remove your profile from the consoles hard drive and any other memory units so the only way to sign into it is re-download the profile. Also, as a further measure, while logged into your account on the xbox website, click "my account" top right corner, then click "security family and forums" then click "xbox 360 profile protection". From there it will show all the consoles that have access to your account, click "require profile download" for each one. This makes it so its required for you to redownload and input your info to redownload and sign back into your account on each console.

Your XBOX profile is saved online and can be deleted from your HD on your xbox and without your email and password no one can access it.
