Xbox One - Xbox Live (Gold) - Please read complete post before replying.

Hello I can't connect to xbox live. Its nothing to do with the internet our modem/router. I have a NAT status of open and connections are good. I saw that XBOX is having issues with the following:

  • Social & Gaming
  • Website
  • Xbox Live Core Services

I am just checking to make sure that this is the reason I can't sign into xbox live. Can anyone reassure me? Once again I know there isn't a problem with a modem/router. When I go to connect it comes up with an error that it has lost connection to Xbox Live.

P.S: I set it to text me when its fixed. If anyone as a ETA please provide.

Restarted xbox after it came back online and it worked.
