I just went thru this issue and the support pages. Unfortunately its a failed power supply. So, since Microsoft deems the power supply an accessory, you have to mail it back to them under the accessory repair work order. And once they receive it, you will
receive a replacement within 10 business days.
Cmon Microsoft! Your power supply fails and instead of sending an replacement immediately, we have to go thru this painful and slow process to get our system up an running again!
