Network is fine. power cycling did nothing. I am very unhappy and can't even phone anyone to sort this out! I have an expensive brick on day one, having preordered months ago! Xbox live subscriber with 7 years tenure. I am not happy

Are you still having this issue? If so, try unplugging your Xbox One console entirely from the wall outlet for 5 minutes, then plugging it back in and trying again.
