I've repeated this god knows how many times in the last 2 hours!!!

Turn on console

Go through setup process like language, region etc.

Begins update

completes update

restarts

Progress bar appears and gets about 80% done.. maybe 90%

SWITCHES OFF!!!

Hey there Ninety! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

Are you still having this issue? If so, try unplugging your Xbox One console entirely from the wall outlet for 5 minutes, then plugging it back in and trying again.

Let us know how that goes and if you're seeing any error codes/messages.

We'll be standing by to hear back from you. =)

@Everyone Else: If you haven't already, please go ahead and make a new thread detailing your issue and any troubleshooting steps (if any) you've tried so far. That way we can tailor our support specifically to you. ^_^
