If your Microsoft account is registered in the same region, you can start the service request by logging into devicesupport.microsoft.com That should get you on the path for repair in your region.
If you don't have the device already registered to your account, then you can do so there, and then continue with opening a service request.
While trying to log a service request I get -
There are no service offers associated with selected problem/accessory type.
My console should be serviceable in India as its purchased via flipkart.
The box also says its an Indian Edition. So I can't understand why this message ?
