It's the second time now my kid ordered a movie from you that I never approved.
This thing is allowed by your service --> my kid randomly orders a movie I never approve of and even already have.
The worst thing is your service, I call to cancel because the service is actually to blame for allowing this, and I get a: "you already cancel **one** movie, you can't do that again".
Well, the same way I (my kid) can't "Accidentally" buy something from the store, it should be with xbox, similar to the phone, my kid cannot order without my password (specifically for money orders not using the phone).
Also the same way I can return to a store I should be able to return this movie.
xbox one please get your act together and provide proper support for a lacking product.
