xbox one please fix how kids order stuff accidentally

It's the second time now my kid ordered a movie from you that I never approved.

This thing is allowed by your service --> my kid randomly orders a movie I never approve of and even already have.

The worst thing is your service, I call to cancel because the service is actually to blame for allowing this, and I get a: "you already cancel **one** movie, you can't do that again".

Well, the same way I (my kid) can't "Accidentally" buy something from the store, it should be with xbox, similar to the phone, my kid cannot order without my password (specifically for money orders not using the phone).

Also the same way I can return to a store I should be able to return this movie.

xbox one please get your act together and provide proper support for a lacking product.

Not sure how you can buy something accidentally as you have to select what you want to buy then how to pay for it by clicking the accept button which is not accidental.

If my 3 yo orders a movie without me knowing, this is unacceptable!

On the phone this **never** happens.
