As said, my Xbox One won't read Blu-Ray's and occasionally it won't read games/dvds. This is my only entertainment system so it's quite disappointing. I contacted support through chat and they told me that I needed to go online and fill out a service request form. I did so, underneath "Xbox One not reading discs/ disc undetectable". However, when you get to the last page it stops me from filling out a form to either A) get it fixed, or B) get a new console. One that actually works. Now I'm not mad, I've had a 360 since late '06 and only had a problem with one console. All I'm asking is that I get my money's worth or I'll gladly transfer to Playstation. Any advice or direction would be much appreciated. Oh, and I don't have a personal phone to make calls to Microsoft.
