Xbox One noise problems

I bought yesterday my xbox one, I used it during the day and it didn't make any noise, it was all perfect.  Today, I started the console and now it makes some noises and when I insert a disc the noises increase (but the blu ray still works fine and I can play very well). How to solve this problem?

Do you have the console laying flat or standing on end?

We bought an xbox last Christmas for the kids. They rarely use it and yet it now makes a funny noise after running for a few minutes, even when it is powered off. I have to unplug it to silence the rattling sound (hard drive maybe? I dunno). It is laying flat with no obstructions (alone on a shelf).

Mine kind of does the same thing, but for half a second during startup/when a disc is first inserted. Microsoft should really get their stuff together.
