Xbox One New Experience Problems-CANT SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT

Ok I received the update early this morning... I let it update without touching anything on the console. I woke up to the xbox still being on but with a black screen. I contacted Support and they bought me here. Ok so I followed the Steps from a fellow Forum member and the console turned back on. All I did was just hold the Power button for 5-8 seconds until it went into Hard Reset mode. I let it reset and it came back with "Applying Update" I let it finish and I had the new Xbox One Experience. That's all cool but now as I go to sign in my account, it does not recognize me. What are the steps to workaround this?
