Xbox One messed up out of the box from Target!

So my Xbox seemed to be working fine. I updated and then put in dead rising 3. I let it install and update when I went to dinner. When I came back, it was off so I turned it on and started playing but there's graphical glitches (artifacts) everywhere! During cut scenes, pretty much all the time. This really sucks. It only appears during dead rising 3, is there anyway to fix it or is my Xbox screwed? I should probably mention that I played a DVD and it worked fine. I don't have any other games to compare it to. This really sucks, I want to play my new system and especially Dead Rising 3 but I can't. Microsoft support didn't seem to know what to do, in fact the guy I spoke with had to put me on hold to figure out how to reinstall (haven't tried yet but not hopeful) Is it possible to uninstall/reinstall a system update too and start from scratch? I really don't want to be without my Xbox over my vacation from work, and I also really don't want to undergo the hassle of shipping back and forth

Go to my games and apps.  Highligh Dead Rising 3 and press the menu button (where start was on the 360 controller).  This will bring up a menu and uninstall will be an option.  Try that and then reinstall.

I reinstalled dead rising 3 and no luck

I installed free killer instinct and it has the same problem.  So not movies but games

Sounds like some sort of video issue then - is the resolution set correctly?

Set to 1080p - same as my tv... Everything else is just default :( and like I said a DVD worked fine :)
