Xbox One keeps signing me out of my profile

I've had this issue where Xbox One keeps signing me out of my profile and I can't play Red Dead Redemption because of it.

Every time I go to load into the game it will sign me out.

This also happens when I'm trying to play other games, or just on the dashboard itself.

I have no issue with my internet connection. I have tested it multiple times ( I am an IT Pro ).

Steps I have tried already:

1. Removed/Added WiFi network

2. Cleared Xbox Cache

3. Removed/Added Xbox live account

4. Reset Xbox and kept games installed

I have no idea what else I can do to get this to work correctly. This is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Let's go ahead and remove your profile from the console, then perform a full power cycle, then attempt to sign back in to your profile and check for that error message again. Please let us know if this error shows up after trying these steps.

I have seen multiple threads about this issue, but no real resolution...could be a bad update to the console

The interactive troubleshooter was of no help.

Did the majority of the steps it had suggested.

I will provide my networks stats here for reference:

Download Speed: 45.64 mbps

Upload Speed: 6.52 mbps

Packet Loss: 0%

MTU: 1480

Latency: 70ms

WiFi Strength: 90%

Still having the issue.

Hello F0urq,

Thank you for keeping us updated. Your network statistics look great. Is this console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program? We need to make sure the connection to Xbox Live is 100%. This can be done by completing the port forwarding process. The article entitled Network Ports Used by Xbox Live on Xbox One will contain all the ports required, and explain how to complete port forwarding. Be sure to let us know the results!

Hello XBF Leonzo G,

Thank you for the reply!

I have actually viewed the ports used and have confirmed in my router that their is no issue.

My router is setup and configured for UPNP and is allowing the xbox live traffic to pass through necessary ports without problems.

In the past, with the same configuration on my Xbox and the same router configuration, I was able to connect to XBOX live perfectly fine. This leads me to believe its a firmware/OS update that has been applied to my system that is causing the issue.

A quick/simple search of “Xbox Live keeps logging out” on google or the forums will display the results of many other users experiencing the same issue.

I look forward to your reply regarding this matter.

Forgot to mention I do not believe it is enrolled in the insider program but I can’t be certain either.

Wifi keeps kicking out even though wifi shows working. the latency is 444. How do I get a better latency? Can I purchase something that gives me lower latency so I can stay on xbox without being kicked out every time I play any game on xbox one?  Thanks.

Hey there Fourq!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue while trying to play Red Dead and your other games. I was looking through the troubleshooting you have done and what you've discussed is going on with your console and I'd suggest trying a soft reset following the steps here It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network

Also make sure that you select the option denoted reset and keep my games and apps.

Follow the steps here on How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and let us know how that helps with the issue

Thanks

Is this happening on ALL games ONE and 360 backwards compatible or just the backwards compatible games?
