Xbox one keeps signing me out automatically

My xbox one has recently started automatically signing me out at complete random.  I have tried redownloading my profile but that didnt work. Plz halp
Have you tried changing your password? It might be that someone else is trying to use your account.

hi,

can you try a power cycle:

and then clear your mac adress:

following steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear it 3 times>Back to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear>And then reboot console when prompted.

when it disconnect you from xbox live you can try this steps:

Thanks for the update, so we do suggest clearing out the consoles caches as stated by our Ambassador team but make sure all the consoles caches are cleared: clearing out the consoles caches is recommended since when they get full might cause this type of errors. 

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Settings

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games 

Yes and Restart 

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address) 

Settings

Network

Network Settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart 

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.
