Xbox One in Russian region

Hello!

I have bought Xbox One in Russia, but I can't choose Russian region form list at setup. If I'll set USA or England as my region, will I be banned? Russian support have said that they don't have instructions for this situation, but he think that I can use USA or other country account for activation, but not for buying games because of taxes reason. I using my account for a long time and don't want to get banned, but I want to play Xbox One (don't matter by buying discs or digital copies of a games), so, please, give me a 100% correct and insured answer.

i have a friend in belgium that bought one from the UK, and simply orders all his stuff from over here. unless you can find someone in russia that has one, you wont get a solid answer. i very much doubt you'll get banned however.

I've already bought and already set USA. All works. I just don't want to be banned, so I want to confirmation from one of Microsoft officials. Or a case, how to use my condole without breaking regional rules.

So today is September 30, and XB1 supposedly had official launch in Russia a few days ago... But there's still no option for this country in the region selection list. Which means it's not possible to enter location data correctly to set up credit cart purchases on digital marketplace (unless I input an address from US or other supported countries). Is this going to be fixed anytime soon?
